A beautiful plate by Xiang Shengmo (1654) inspired this Iconic. The poem on the side reads:
Scenery delights the eyes, joyful to behold; Clear scales shimmer under the Autumn moon, cicadas cry with the season. Reaching the mountain, the reds arrive among the trees, Cranes call in the evening clouds — no one is there. The cypress road leads to the gate.
